১. পণ্যের প্রকৃতি ও লাইসেন্স

  • এখানে বিক্রি হওয়া সকল পণ্য GNU General Public License (GPL) এর আওতায় বিতরণ করা হয়।
  • এই পণ্যগুলো মূল ডেভেলপারদের অফিসিয়াল লাইসেন্স নয়।
  • আপনি এই পণ্যগুলোকে GPL লাইসেন্স অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার, পরিবর্তন ও পুনর্বিতরণ করার অধিকার রাখেন।

২. ফিচার ও API নির্ভরতা

  • কিছু উন্নত ফিচার কাজ করার জন্য অফিসিয়াল ডেভেলপারদের API সার্ভারের সাথে সংযোগ প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। 
  • আমাদের দেওয়া পণ্যগুলোর লোকাল ফিচারগুলো সম্পূর্ণ কাজ করবে, কিন্তু API নির্ভর ফিচারগুলো কাজ নাও করতে পারে। যেমন, AI সার্ভিস ।
  • বাজেট বেশি থাকলে, অফিসিয়াল ফিচার ও সাপোর্ট পেতে হলে ডেভেলপারদের কাছ থেকে অফিসিয়াল লাইসেন্স কিনতে পারেন।

৩. ওয়ারেন্টি ও সাপোর্ট

  • আমরা অফিসিয়াল ডেভেলপারদের কোনো সাপোর্ট বা আপডেট দিই না।
  • আমরা শুধুমাত্র ইনস্টলেশন ও সাধারণ সমস্যার সমাধানে সীমিত সহায়তা প্রদান করি।
  • পণ্যের নিরবিচ্ছিন্ন ও ত্রুটিহীন কার্যকারিতার কোনো গ্যারান্টি দেয়া হয় না।

৪. রিফান্ড নীতি

  • ডিজিটাল পণ্যের স্বরূপতার কারণে, সমস্ত বিক্রি চূড়ান্ত এবং ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
  • পণ্য কেনার আগে এর প্রকৃতি বুঝে নেয়া আপনার দায়িত্ব।

৫. আইনগত ও নৈতিক ব্যবহার

  • আপনি এই পণ্যগুলোকে আইনগত ও নৈতিকভাবে ব্যবহার করবেন, এবং GPL এর শর্তাবলী সম্মান করবেন।
  • মিথ্যা দাবী করে বা অফিসিয়াল লাইসেন্স বলে বিক্রি করা বা পুনর্বিতরণ করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

৬. দায়বদ্ধতা সীমাবদ্ধতা

  • কোনো পরিস্থিতিতেই DevPro পণ্য ব্যবহারে বা ব্যবহারে অক্ষমতার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
  • আপনার অঞ্চলের সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্স ও আইন মেনে চলার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব আপনার।

৭. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

  • আমরা যেকোন সময় আগেই জানানো ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
  • ওয়েবসাইট এবং পণ্য ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি নতুন শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ করেছেন বলে গণ্য হবেন।
